1. Service Description

www.askroa.com provides personalized metaphysical consultation services. This service is based on traditional metaphysical theories and all results are for reference only, without scientific validation, and should not be considered legal, medical, financial, or life decision advice.

2. Accuracy of User Information

Please ensure that your submitted information, including date of birth, time of birth, gender, and email address, is accurate prior to placing an order. Any incorrect information will affect the analysis, and this platform is not responsible for revising or recalculating the results.

3. Payment & Service Delivery

All services require upfront payment at the time of order. Upon successful payment, the complete analysis report will be automatically delivered via email within approximately 30 minutes. Please ensure your email address is correct. If delivery fails due to an incorrect email address, please contact us through the website form for assistance.

4. Refund Policy

As the service is instant, exclusive, and non-reversible, no refund will be provided once the report has been delivered to your email. Changes or resending due to revised information are also not accepted. If service cannot be delivered due to technical issues on our end, we will provide a refund or resend the service.

5. Information Confidentiality & Personal Data

Your personal information (including name, birth data, email, etc.) will be used solely for the purpose of metaphysical consultation and service delivery. We strictly protect your data in accordance with Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and will never disclose or sell it to third parties, except as required by law or with your consent. 6. Intellectual Property

All analysis reports, diagrams, and related contents are the intellectual property of Askroa and Liastrology. They are for personal reference only and may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without authorization.

7. Disclaimer

All metaphysical analyses provided by this service are for reference only. Users bear personal responsibility for their own life decisions and actions. askroa accepts no legal liability for any consequences resulting from use of this service.

8. Age Restriction

This service is only available to individuals aged 18 or above. Users under 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent before using this service.

9. Service Interruption & Force Majeure

askroa shall not be held liable for service delays or failures caused by technical failures, network disruptions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, but will make reasonable efforts to assist users in resolving issues.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In the event of any dispute, parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring legal action in the courts of Hong Kong.
